Legion is but a few days away and everybody’s been revving up for the incoming content drop. Tons of folks who have been fortunate enough to play in the Legion beta all know what to do when the times comes. Some folks decided to research videos and documentation about Legion from those same people to prepare themselves on how to farm WoW gold, WoW gear, WoW mounts, or whatever else.

Apart from obviously taking advantage of the fantastic, free leveling service Blizzard provided via Invasions in this current pre-launch event, players have been preparing their characters in other various ways like stocking up on WoW gold, BiS gearing, and even finishing off achievement and reputation backlogs so as not to distract them from focusing on Legion.

WoW Gold: The Legion Checklist

As you can see from the list, there are tons of things to keep in mind. It’s in my opinion that the most important thing you need to prepare for is your mode of transportation. So, basically, a water-walking mount like the Waterstrider is just an absolute must. Flying will be gated through an achievement just like when it was introduced with Tanaan Jungle in Warlords of Draenor, so any bodies of water that may hamper your quick progression through Legion can be a big pain. Unfortunately, Waterstriders mounts are the hardest WoW mounts to get due to their gating system being reputation-based and actually liking the fishing profession enough to max them out and DO this rep grind in the first place.

Of course, WoW gold is never off the table. The more WoW gold you have with your characters, the easier it’s going to be as a quick progression relies much on your current gear. There will probably be tons of BoE items from world drops and crafted stuff, so folks who can actually afford these things off the AH has a bigger advantage than anybody else. Of course, you could just get lucky to get them to drop right off the bat, but RNG is RNG – fickle af.

The reddit post has a lot more info that you should definitely look over. A lot of those tips, especially the ones concerning end game, will be pivotal in saving your time and not breaking your patience.
